Welcome to the St. Thomas and Elgin Home Builders Association (STEBHA) the voice of your residential construction industry!

Members of STEBHA have been building and transforming communities throughout St. Thomas and Elgin County since its incorporation in 1962. We are also proud members of the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders Associations.

Our members are comprised of builders, renovators, land developers, suppliers, sub-trades, manufacturers, financial institutions and professionals. Each STEBHA member plays an integral part in supporting and promoting one another as we collectively assist the home building industry here in St. Thomas and Elgin County. STEBHA members account for more than 80% of the residential construction activity in St. Thomas and Elgin County areas.

We are excited to continue our strong working relationships with municipal staff, collaborating on our advocacy work regarding the affordability crisis, engaging our volunteer base and hosting a number of annual events.
